Well the end is near and 2009 is coming to a close. What better way to kick start it by talking to Miss. Black NC. Yep you saw that right BLACK, AFRICAN-AMERCIAN, BROWN SKINNED-ed…lol. I am so excited to get to know more about her: Ms. RaSheeda Waddell! We are gonna get all the ins and outs of the pageantry bidness and talk to her about the standard of beauty in today’s society. We will find out what she has planned for the new year and take your calls about what your plans are and how you plan to party for the New  Year. What is your New Year’s Resolution?
